If you have purchased a product directly from Av0s.com, you may return it to us for a complete refund of the purchase price (not including shipping fees) as long as the product is in factory fresh condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, we do NOT take back worn or used product.
In order to issue a refund, the item(s) must be in factory fresh condition* (not worn or used) and returned in the original product packaging. Repackaging fees will apply if the original product packaging is damaged. If the product is not returned in factory fresh condition, no refund will be given and the product will be returned.
*Factory Fresh - For an item to be considered factory fresh, it must never have been worn or used in a way that would contaminate it with chalk/dirt/etc. The item must show absolutely zero signs of wear and tear. The item must be returned in the same condition received by La Sportiva, including the original product packaging.
